Join us on November 1st as we celebrate our successes, launch the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Pathways to a Healthy Kansas grant and the 2016 Community Health Improvement Plan, learn from Kansas City Mayor Mark Holland's Healthy Communities Wyandotte, and engage in HEAL Reno County work groups around healthy kids, nutrition, built environment, tobacco-free living, workplace wellness, and health care.
