We're dedicated to extending dental benefits to individuals who may otherwise lack access to quality care. If you're facing financial constraints or are uninsured, you could qualify for affordable dental services through our partnership program.
By completing a simple application and providing income verification, you may be eligible to receive dental care for as low as $5 per individual or $10 per family. With coverage extending up to $3000 worth of dental services for the 2023-2024 period, this program aims to ensure that dental health remains within reach for all.
